To the first floor the main bedroom is situated toward the front of the home and is a good size double room and benefits from a range of fitted wardrobes and overhead storage. The second bedroom is also a double room with a window to the rear. The third bedroom is a single room which does have options to be used as an office space if not required as a regular bedroom.

The first floor also accommodates a useful and convenient WC and wash hand basin adjacent to the third bedroom.

To the outside the former courtyard has been compromised for the extension and warehouse space at the rear of the home. Parking is largely on street but the Health Centre car park does provide further parking especially in the evening when closed.
