The range of shops nearby is really good, we have Sainsburys right next door which is really handy when needing to nip out quick. We also have Costco just 10 minutes away as well as city centre also 10 minutes away, so it is really practical. There doesn't ever seem to be any loud noises along the street which is ideal.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management are always reliable when dealing with any issues we have. We have had very few but the small ones we have had are always dealt with in a very timely manner.

I wish I had known more about the resident events.

Plenty of options, very local to shops and a great location for nights out. Bins are very accessible.

No issues have arisen yet. Halifax made my move in so easy it was a blessing

The waterfront is a beautiful place to live. You would assume that living in town would be dangerous, but we’re in a lovely area of the docks with very little foot traffic after 5pm. We’re also in a secure building managed by a wonderful team. Kyran, Callum, Caitlin, Andy are a treat to have on the desk. Millie and Dean helped me with the move in process and made it so fast.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We did have an issue with moving in, but they sorted this right away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how beautiful this part of the docks is. I tend to stay more to Albert way.
