In the beautiful setting of the hills of Lucca, in the heart of Tuscany, only 45 minutes from the sea, and about an hour from Florence, lies this beautiful historic villa whose foundations date back to 1100.
The Villa, which is located in a dominant position, is elevated on three floors above ground plus a basement used as a cellar.
The layout of the Villa, developed in a very organic way, allows the division into several residential units with independent entrances.
The Villa has 2 main entrances, as well as several entrances leading from the garden to the large halls on the ground floor, embellished with neoclassical frescoes.
Also located in the park is the Casa del Fattore, which consists of a
Civil dwelling building elevated on two floors and composed on the First Floor of an apartment accessible from the garden by an external staircase and with direct access from the external pedestrian street consisting of 1 Kitchen, 1 Bathroom and 5 Rooms with on the Ground Floor 4 large rooms and other smaller ones once used for agricultural purposes.
With access from the apartment you enter the private Chapel also accessible from the outside.
Another building located in the park is La Limonaia which is a one-story building provided for the winter storage of large lemon pots that consists of a large room and an open space with a veranda.
Other farm buildings are located in the grounds surrounding the villa as well as a Tempietto with a belvedere terrace from which there is a view of the valley and the hills below.
In the park there are medicinal , fruit and exotic plants, typical of Lucchese villas.
