Available on an unfurnished basis from mid-October.

Description - This characterful Cotswold stone period cottage is situated in the heart of the village. Downstairs consists of two cosy and well-presented rooms - a lovely sitting room to the front of the house with a woodburing stove, and a kitchen / breakfast room to the rear with fitted units and integrated appliances. From the kitchen there is a rear entrance which leads to a side alley.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with built-in cupboards and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. To the rear of the cottage there is a private courtyard garden which is also accessed by the side alley.

Situation - The village of Daglingworth lies approximately 3 miles north of Cirencester in the picturesque and unspoilt Duntisbourne Valley. The village itself has a church and village hall, while a primary school, shop and post office can be found less than 2 miles away in Stratton. The highly regarded market town of Cirencester provides very good schools and a comprehensive range of shopping, recreational and sporting facilities.

Road communications are excellent with the nearby A417/A419 bringing Cheltenham and the M5, and Swindon and the M4, within easy travelling distance. In addition, nearby Kemble station provides a direct line into London Paddington (approx. time 1h 15 mins).
