5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Vide range of clubs, restaurants, shops available around. This development is located in the city centre so accessibility could not have been better. All neighbours I've met by now have been very nice, along with the staff working on the premises. No noise from surrounding flats.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There's been no problems for now, prompt answers to any extra questions.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Maybe random, but was relevant to our situation - when choosing whether the flat would be left furnished or not, it's all or nothing - we couldn't have kept the beds but have our own table for example. But no big issues here, as the furniture provided has a nice quality and is easy to rearrange around the flat. You can always switch it when renewing the contract if you change your mind.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in The Oaks is generally pleasant due to its nice location and spacious rooms. However, the area lacks large supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, Aldi, or B&M, which means you need to travel to nearby towns for bigger shopping trips. Similarly, there are no popular coffee chains like Starbucks or Costa in Esh Winning, so options for cafés are limited. Another drawback is that The Oaks does not have a dedicated play area or community space for children, which could be a consideration for families. Overall, it’s a quiet and comfortable place to live, but amenities are limited, so a car is almost essential.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they respond to the problems however the stay is just few days and not experienced any big problem.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
the place for kids playing area must be near or any indoor space.
Manager's response4Hi Bushra, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad you find The Oaks’ design, location, and spacious rooms enjoyable. We appreciate your feedback regarding construction noise, early working hours, and the desire for more children’s play spaces. It’s also helpful to know your observations about local shops and cafés. We’re pleased building management has been responsive, and we’re glad you would recommend your landlord. Your insights are valuable and will help guide future improvements where possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It is really great place to live in Elevate building.
Manager's response5Hi Mohammad, Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback! We’re really pleased to hear you’re enjoying life at Elevate and that the design, facilities, and management have met your expectations. It’s great to know the communication and quick response to repairs have made a positive impact, and we’re glad the waste management is working well too. We appreciate your note about the separate parking fees and the lack of storage for one-bedroom flats, that’s helpful insight for us. It’s also great to hear that the location and transport links are working well for you. Thanks again for your recommendation. We’re so glad to have you as part of the Elevate community!
