Olhão - 5-bedroom traditional house in the heart of the village.

A beautiful traditional fisherman’s house located right in the centre of Fuseta village of in an elevated street with the sea in the background. The property can be used as a whole or divided into two separated dwellings that could be rented separately. There is a history of short-term rentals (AL)
The house originates from the beginning of the century but was refurbished/built in 1988 and improved along the years.
It has traditional features such as high curved ceilings, inside wooden shutters or interior swing doors and azulejos floors.

The main house comprises on the ground floor of a lounge area with three sets of windows to the street, two small bathrooms and an internal bedroom. At the back is a good size kitchen that has access to a lovely back patio full of plants (bougainvillea’s) and a built in BBQ, table and benches.

The second house with its own entrance is divided from the main house by a sliding door. It has a reception room that can be used as a dining area and smaller rooms in alcove at the back. One small bedroom followed by a kitchen and a bathroom. At the very left wing is a big double bedroom. A staircase leads to a fifth bedroom on top with its own access to the terraces.

You are short walking distance to the beach, shops, local market, train station, pier or main square.
Faro airport is 25 minutes drives.

This could be a very nice rental business or family property.
