These spaces are always kept in great condition and add real value to everyday life. What makes this place truly special is the outstanding level of customer service. Darek and the entire team consistently go above and beyond to support residents, responding quickly and professionally to any queries or requests. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care create a community atmosphere that is difficult to find elsewhere. Living at Author King's Cross has been a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality rental accommodation in a great location.

The management team is exceptionally responsive and attentive. Every request I have raised has been handled promptly, with professionalism and a genuine commitment to finding the best possible solution. Their proactive approach ensures that residents always feel valued, supported, and well looked after, contributing greatly to the overall living experience at Author King's Cross.

One thing I didn’t fully appreciate before moving in was the value of the communal spaces and resident events. As someone settling into London, these have made a real difference in helping me meet new people and feel connected to the community.

Kings Cross is a super development with a huge array of great bars, restaurants, coffee shops and boutique retail. It’s a safe environment and benefits from great transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very quickly. Minor issues around plumbing and the like dealt with same day typically

Nothing to report everything is exactly as advertised, which is unusual!

This was my first family home. My son was born here. this place holds many memories for me. The management team are amazing Marija sergey Jacob afra were 10/10 professional but still after 3 years they felt like family.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Instantly concierge arrive withing minutes of raising a concern.

There’s not much I can say. I wish I had known before it was a pleasant experience from start to finish, and I would live here again.

The area was excellent. Very close to supermarkets and shops in the coal drop yard. Felt very safe. Less than a 10 min walk from King's Cross and St Pancras Station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, any issues were addressed in a timely manner, and they were flexible with my schedule.

I cannot think of anything i wish i knew prior to moving in

The ground floor communal area is very useful with beautiful design throughout. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the communal areas, which is another great added benefit for residents. We love the gym and yoga studio! Darek and his team are fantastic — always welcoming and helpful. The whole place has such a great vibe, and the cinema room is also available. Having a direct WhatsApp chat with the concierge is another great benefit, making communication quick and easy whenever we need assistance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a minor issue during our stay, but it was resolved very quickly. The team was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. Great service!

Everything has been great so far! The events are a fantastic bonus, giving residents the opportunity to meet each other and build a sense of community. It’s also lovely to see the staff getting involved and genuinely looking after the residents. It really makes the place feel welcoming.
