Great location and amenities, but noise and busy surroundings can be a downside. However great living overall.

Very quick and sufficient, had a minor problem at the flat and Ernest fixed it right away

I wish I had known how busy the King’s Cross area can get during peak hours and events. The location is amazing, but it does mean more foot traffic and noise than expected at times. It’s still a great place to live—just helpful to be aware of the liveliness of the neighborhood.

Very convenient location, safe and lots of amenities and shops, bus stop is near the property and post offices nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

always responded fastly to any problems raised and whatsapp communication has been helpful

nothing in particular because overall great experience

I stayed at Author Building for a short period, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The apartment design is modern and comfortable, and the facilities are really impressive for anyone staying even briefly. The gym, lounge areas, and workspace were always clean. Building management and the concierge team were friendly and made settling in very easy. A quick shout out to Afrah & Trifon. — definitely a 5‑star experience.

Very quick and prompt responses! Easy to communicate.

I wish I’d known how convenient the location really is — everything from transport to food options is minutes away. If I’d realized that earlier, I would’ve booked a longer stay.

Author Building has been a fantastic place to live. The apartments are high quality, the amenities are always clean and useful, and the building feels genuinely safe. The concierge and security team are brilliant, thank you to Afrah — friendly, reliable, and always ready to help. Being in King’s Cross is a huge plus too. It really feels like 5‑star renting done right.

Any time I’ve raised an issue, the concierge team has responded quickly and professionally. They’re easy to reach, keep you updated, and actually follow through until things are sorted.

I wish I had known how quickly the amenities get booked during busy evenings — it would’ve encouraged me to plan ahead a bit more. Aside from that, everything has mostly matched or exceeded expectations.

Well‑located in the Center with great public transport and a wide choice of nearby restaurants and amenities.

The team acted quickly and arranged temporary accommodation until the issue was resolved.
