Description

A coastal plot with views over Fleet Bay

Description

The subjects comprise a plot of land extending to approximately 0.75 acre in total and ranging between 6 and 13 metres above sea level. The plot was formerly part of Carrick Farm and is an unused area of ground which has naturally generated woodland and wild vegetation. There is a Shepherds Hut structure on the site. From the western edge of the plot, there is direct access to Carrick Bay from a rock and pebble beach.

The plot presents a unique opportunity and could, subject to
appropriate consents, become a bolthole by the sea, or simply
fulfil a buyer’s dream of owning land by the sea in this beautiful
part of southwest Scotland.

The plot is within the Fleet Valley National Scenic Area but lies
outwith both the Borgue Coast SSSI to the west and the Carrick Ponds SSSI to the east.

The property is shown on the adjacent location plan. The
approximate postcode is DG7 2DT. what3words///unleashed.
