House and attached stable. Early C18 with C19 alterations. Red brick with rough cast renders, and pantile roofs with raised coped gables with kneelers. 2 brick ridge stacks. First floor brick band. 2 storey. Off-centre doorway with C20 part-glazed door and overlight, to the right a blocked opening, to the left a 16-pane glazing bar sash window and beyond a hand pump in a painted wooden casing. Beyond again: a 2-light sliding sash with glazing bars. Above 2 small sliding sashes, also 2-light with glazing bars. Attached to right a single storey stable wing with a 4-panel door, then a small casement and beyond a further door. Interior: retains much of the original roof structure, stacks and doors. Kitchen has early C19 fireplace and range c1900. The upper floor has 4 pairs of inverted knee-braces supporting the floor, a most unusual form of construction.
