Description
The land is situated at Scalby Nab, Scarborough and lies just to the west of Scalby village. It is approached via Keld Runnels Road which is in turn accessed from the foot of Haybank Lane. The land is just inside the boundary of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
Access
Keld Runnels Road is a private road which is tarmacked as far as East and West Nab Farms and then becomes a hardcord track leading onto further residential and farming properties. There is a full right of access to the field but with no known maintenance agreement in place.
Description
A ring fenced parcel of 2 fields extending to approximately 7.26 acres of permanent pasture. The first which is accessed directly off Keld Runnels Road slopes steeply down the dale side and the second is a level, productive field which stretches to adjoin the Sea Cut (Scalby beck).
