Within these walls, we’ve celebrated some of life’s biggest milestones, we rescued our Frenchie (our first “baby”), got engaged, tied the knot and most recently welcomed our beautiful daughter in 2024.

This home has truly been our safe haven, full of warmth, laughter and unforgettable memories. As first-time buyers, we felt incredibly lucky to find a place that offered everything we needed: two spacious double bedrooms, a private garden perfect for summer BBQs and morning coffees as well as our own driveway. It ticked all the boxes and more.

One of the many things that made this property so appealing was the fact that although it’s a share of freehold, there’s no ground rent or maintenance charges, something we really appreciated. From the moment we stepped into the maisonette, it felt like home. Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, it’s wonderfully quiet, you’ll rarely hear traffic and the friendly community adds to the charm.

For those who enjoy being outdoors, the area is surrounded by greenery and parks, perfect for weekend strolls, dog walks or playtime with little ones. The lifestyle here has so much to offer — whether it’s popping to your favourite local bakery, grabbing coffee with friends at the nearby cafes or enjoying a relaxed evening at one of the charming local pubs, all just a short walk away.

Another huge bonus is the excellent transport links, making it easy to get into and around London, whether you’re commuting or heading out to explore.

The only reason we're parting ways with our beloved home is to find something a bit larger to suit our growing family. But we love the area so much, we’re hoping to stay local, because everything we need is right here.
