The front garden is predominantly paved with shrubs on one side and a side path to the rear on the other. At the rear is a dinky courtyard which leads to the boot room - perfect for walkers/dog owners. The main garden is separate to the house - directly opposite the front and is a good-sized, private space. It is fully enclosed by walls and fencing and laid to gravel for easy maintenance. The garden faces west making it a lovely spot to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. It could be left as it is, simple to care for, or for the green-fingered it could be transformed into a little plant-filled oasis or perhaps to grow fruit and vegetables. Church Path is a quiet location with vehicle access to the path restricted to residents only.
