Would suit a professional or professional couple, perhaps while job or house hunting. The house has Hue lighting all through the property making it nice and atmospheric, as well as stereo wifi speakers in the kitchen diner. The second bedroom is setup be either a guest room with a sofa bed or second living room with it's 65" TV. Sorry, no students. It's only a 15 minute walk to the QMC so if you are working there this place is perfect.
Cosy but bright at the same time, the property is set back from the road so it couldn't be more private. It has an air conditioned bedroom (that pretty much cools the whole house in the summer), a fun home cinema with surround sound setup, and enclosed front and rear gardens. The back garden has a covered terrace and space heaters with outdoor seating, meaning you can sit outside most months of the year whatever the weather. It also has apple trees that provide free fruit in the summer! I also have a basic outdoor home gym setup (squat rack and bench with chin up bar) that you are welcome to use. Parking is on-street but with permits (provided) so you will always find a space if you have a car. The kitchen bifold doors open fully so the space is perfect for the warmer months. It's also a mere 3 minute walk (I've timed it!) from the world famous Wollaton Park, with its lake, stately home, and hundreds of wild deer. INTERNET/WIFI IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT :)
This is a lovely private green space for someone who wants comfort, nature and style. Viewings on request. NO PETS. Thank you for looking at my listing!
