A note from the owners:

We’ve loved our time living here over the past four years. From the moment we first viewed Victoria Crescent, we were drawn to its peaceful and calm atmosphere. Over time, as we've gotten to know our neighbours, we've truly felt a part of this welcoming community. We will really miss Gipsy Hill, just a short 10-minute walk away, especially our coffee breaks at Paper Stories, where the friendly baristas have become a familiar part of our daily routine. When we first viewed the house, we instantly fell in love with its charm. Although it needed some updating, we were excited to make it our own, especially since the previous owners had called it home for over 40 years—just like many of the residents of Victoria Crescent. After updating the kitchen and bathroom, we wanted to add a personal touch to the house and decided to replace the hallway and kitchen flooring with the beautiful parquet that had once been in one of our parents’ homes. It felt like the perfect way to bring a piece of our family history into this home. While we’re sad to be leaving, Victoria Crescent will always hold a special place in our hearts. It’s where our son spent his first years, and we’ve created countless family memories here. We hope that another family will come to love it just as much as we have, and make their own lasting memories in this wonderful home

Welcome to Strickland.

Our vision from the start was to build a property company that people are proud to say they use whether they are buying, selling, letting or renting a property. We are committed to making the process a happy and memorable experience that fits seamlessly into modern-day living.

We have built a friendly, local, independent company which allows us to deliver a service that is honest and transparent while being cutting-edge and results driven. We provide you with everything you'd expect from an estate agent minus the 'sales pitch'.

We live in a digital age and whilst we embrace modern technology to deliver effective results for our clients, customer excellence remains at the core of our business and always will. We live, work and socialise in the communities that we cover and because of this we know the areas exceptionally well. Here at Strickland we are focused on keeping our business local, from supporting other local start-ups to partnering with small businesses and suppliers. We're also very passionate about giving back to the communities that we grew up in and we make a personal pledge each year to volunteer our own time to help tackle homelessness.

Strickland provides comprehensive coverage of Deptford, Brockley, New cross, Lewisham, Greenwich and the surrounding areas. We offer a personalised and flexible service, available 7 days a week and we are not restricted to typical office hours.

Whatever your property needs we would love to hear from you.
