We bought our home because we liked the private driveway, most importantly making it safe for Amelia. Upstairs all of the bedrooms are really good size and we love the layout downstairs. The fireplace was a bonus as was the large master with en-suite. We are not overlooked at all and parking is problem free!

Coney Grange is located on the popular Quelm Park development in Warfield. The development has great access to Warfield Primary School, Jocks Lane recreational ground and is a 20 minute walk to The Lexicon.
There is also a nature reserve located on the development called Piggy Wood which is 2.3 hectares looked after by Bracknell Forest.

We absolutely love the location of this house, situated down a private road with only two other houses is a brilliant setting and gives the house extra parking.
You enter the property into a hallway, there is a snug room which could easily be used as a playroom or formal dining room too, the living room is the length of the house with a working log burner and opens up to the orangery with sky lights.
Onto the rear is a kitchen dining room which gives access to the utility room, downstairs WC and the integral garage.
Upstairs are four really good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom with two of the bedrooms benefitting from built in wardrobes and the master bedroom having a four piece ensuite.
This house ticks so many boxes for families and we cannot wait to show people round.
