    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The transportation links within the area is fantastic. This consists of several bus routes and Tottenham Hale station being within 5 mins walk. The bin store is surprisingly always usually clean and neat, free of any foul odours. Although we are based by the main road which links Blackhorse Road to Tottenham Hale, there is no traffic noise. Unfortunately there is no parking onsite or much around the area. There is a beautiful canal outside and the apartment has spectacular views of the wetlands.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very quick and efficient. Always transparent. Onsite team accessible all the time for help.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I researched about parking in the local area.

    Good public trasport (Tottenham Hale station/victoria line/Stansted airport at less than 10 minutes walk) Not loads of restaurants pub, only a couple. Retail park with Boots TKmaxx, Lidl - very handy.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Sometimes they've ignored my emails and I've had no answer back

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    In summer, there are spiders close to the windows/balcony so it's impossible to open them

    Tottenham Hale is an improving area, it does have some nice local areas in the wetlands and reservoirs to go for walks.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I had no problems in the time I rented this new build

    I wish there were more local facilities, something that is currently being sorted with further development of the area

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Tottenham Hale is in London without it feeling like london, with the wetlands nearby, the canal and parks it’s a very green area but you can get into the city quickly with good transport links. Downsides are it’s not got much in terms of restaurants and nightlife but it’s getting better.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, they are normally pretty quick and helpful (Other than the broken lift which took about a year to fix).

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That the downstairs gym is basically unusable if there if more than two people in it. Just get a membership elsewhere.
