Marlborough Court is an independent living retirement community located in Eastbourne. Marlborough Court offers coffee in the lounge at 10am Monday - Saturday and a varied weekly social calendar, which includes activities such as Yahtzee, Bingo and Exercises. The Owner's Dining room offers a freshly prepared, nutritious meal every lunch time, with a different menu every week. Often there are themed lunches with a 'party style atmosphere' for all to enjoy!

The Court is looked after by a Court Manager, and a Duty Manager is on site 24 hours a day. Housekeeping assistants maintain the cleanliness of the Court, keeping it to a high standard. All Owners receive a cleaning of their apartment once a week, lasting one and a half hours from our lovely staff. The grounds are maintained by the groundsman who ensure that the garden is looking at its best. On site is a guest suite for family and friends to stop over.

Marlborough Court is conveniently situated close to the train station for travelling, with easy connections to Brighton, Hastings and London. The library is also very close by, along with several theatres, cinemas, shops and restaurants. The seafront is within a short walking distance with the famous Eastbourne Pier, boasting quirky shops, arcades and amazing scenic views.
