5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Spoiled of choice when going out. Though a bit chaotic with noise and crowds, you get what you need any time of the day. Not to mention the support from Peter, Moses and Elliot.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and efficiently respond to problems raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Street parking is challenging especially busy times. Car can be vandalised.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is full of restaurants, bars, and shops, with lots of choices. It is always busy and lots of residents in the building. It’s great if you like going out or very social. Living here feels safe and social.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management is very good and always respond fast. Moses and Peter are standout members of the team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You always have to wait for trolleys if you have heavy parcels to collect or have any food deliveries. Managers should improve this and provide more trolleys for the residents because you have to wait a long time for trolleys.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A wide selection of shops to go to. One open 24/7 round the corner. Traffic and human voice can be too much if you are facing the Broad street. You got to get used to it . The staff are very friendly like Moses who likes chats and Peter who is jovial and kind

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The surrounding living environment is quite good. There are many bars and restaurants for us to choose from, but on weekends, there will be many people and some noise in the front door. There are two very practical supermarkets around us, where you can buy everything you want. The garbage disposal of the apartment also has a unified local environment, which is relatively clean and tidy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Charlotte helped me a lot. I wanted to fill in my name in the system, and she has been very friendly to help us complete all the steps.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Is the crime around it high? Are there many parking places nearby? How about the public facilities? For example, the subway and bus stations .
