The plot has an upward slope towards the southwest, with an average slope of 45%. A rural road runs along its northeastern boundary, which is the only way to access it. On the plot, two identical buildings are to be constructed, one mirroring the other, for residential use. A connecting section will be constructed between them. The buildings will be two-storey with a basement section flush with the ground floor. The ground floor has been divided into two sections, inside and outside the building coefficient and houses auxiliary spaces.
On the first floor of the houses is located a single entrance area, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The two levels are connected by an internal staircase.
The buildings will be constructed with a load-bearing structure of reinforced concrete and the infill walls will be made of natural stone. They will be covered by a single-pitched roof covered with ochre-colored tiles. Externally, the buildings on the ground floor will retain the visible stone masonry, while on the second floor they will be painted in an off-white color. Part of the facades of the first floor will be clad in natural wood. The openings will be closed with anthracite-colored aluminum frames. In the surrounding areas, swimming pools will be constructed with overflow pools, natural wood shade pergolas and built bbq structures.
The rest of the surrounding area of the field is partially shaped with stone walls and plantings, but most of it is left in its natural form.
Access to the residence is via a private road that opens from the northeastern edge of the field, connecting the rural road with parking spaces created near each residence.
The study takes into account the design for people with disabilities, whose access is achieved via a path paved with anti-slip materials (with a slope of less than 5%) from the parking area to the entrance of each residence. At points where there are elevation differences (stairs), there is provision for installing mechanical means - elevators
