The Kove is architecture for the senses – an immersive, emotional vision that redefines living on the Costa del Sol. Rooted in nature and in perfect harmony with the landscape, it is embraced by the mountains, open to the sea, its breeze and sunrises. A Mediterranean lifestyle reimagined as a living space – open to you, to your loved ones, deeply grounded in the land and crafted for the avant-garde.

Designed by Clavel Arquitectos, the project conceives the residential building as an organic extension of its surroundings. Its flowing curves and undulating forms embrace the natural topography, following the slopes rather than altering them. Each home at The Kove is created to forge an intimate connection with nature. The breathtaking scenery and Mediterranean light are the defining elements shaping the interiors. Expansive windows flood the living areas with daylight, seamlessly blending the open-plan living room, dining space and kitchen with the terrace – a private open-air extension of the home.

Stone, wood and other natural textures integrate the architecture into the landscape, creating a sustainable habitat that becomes part of the rich ecosystem around it. The buildings release the land by forming generous communal spaces, where vibrant social and natural settings can unfold. A network of gathering places, connected by native landscaping, invites residents to engage with their environment, weaving a visual narrative that enhances the sense of movement throughout the community.

From a design perspective, Manuel Clavel and his team have amplified The Kove’s organic essence by giving prominence to the fluid lines of the terraces. This architectural gesture reinforces the sensation that the buildings emerge naturally from the earth, forming an inland coastline. At its heart lies the cove that gives the project its name – a fragment of the Mediterranean framed by habitable cliffs.
