Expansive windows flood the living areas with daylight, seamlessly blending the open-plan living room, dining space and kitchen with the terrace – a private open-air extension of the home.

Stone, wood and other natural textures integrate the architecture into the landscape, creating a sustainable habitat that becomes part of the rich ecosystem around it. The buildings release the land by forming generous communal spaces, where vibrant social and natural settings can unfold. A network of gathering places, connected by native landscaping, invites residents to engage with their environment, weaving a visual narrative that enhances the sense of movement throughout the community.

From a design perspective, Manuel Clavel and his team have amplified The Kove’s organic essence by giving prominence to the fluid lines of the terraces. This architectural gesture reinforces the sensation that the buildings emerge naturally from the earth, forming an inland coastline. At its heart lies the cove that gives the project its name – a fragment of the Mediterranean framed by habitable cliffs.
