Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We have lived in Vantage Point for over 5 years now and honestly its the best! We even tried to move out at one point and came straight back! The area does have some work to be done with the "locals" but apart from that, the transport is superb (literally above northern line) there are so many supermarkets within a 20 meter radius and every Saturday there's a delightful market just outside in navigator square. The only negative is the constant ambulance and police sirens when the windows are open, but if you can oversee that, its perfect!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always promptly and with the utmost care. Everything was dealt within 24 hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Always enquire directly with building letting agency rather than outside as there's always hidden gem apartments available. We got ours right when we needed it the most simply by picking up the phone.
Manager's response5Thank you so much for your lovely review, Kim. It’s wonderful to hear that after so many years Vantage Point still feels like home for you and your family, and that our team has been able to support you along the way. We’re delighted you’re enjoying the spaces, amenities, and community, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with the whole team.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shops, grocers, and transit links make this development convenient and well connected. However, the area tends to be noisy at night between the hospital close by, busy roads, and taverns and clubs.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management always deals with issues quite promptly and is always friendly. The only recurring issue which seems to be an ongoing problem is the trash chute not working.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the specific area as it’s quite loud and busy more often than not & has a decent amount of homeless activity.
Manager's response4Thank you for your thoughtful review, Will. We’re so pleased you’re enjoying the quality of the building and the friendly, responsive support from our team. We also appreciate your feedback on the terrace grills and facilities, which we’ll keep in mind as we look at ways to make the resident experience even better.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is built right above Archway tube station and within two minutes of four grocery stores, which is incredibly convenient. There are some decent restaurants, pubs, and bakeries around, mixed with kebab stands and some lower end shops. The area itself is quite green and while the building is directly over a very busy area, the traffic and noise feels more vibrant than tiresome.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Somewhat, we've had a few minor issues with the refuge shoot that have not yet been fixed and some unfixable features with the hood and bathroom exhaust systems. Otherwise it all works well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Moving in with a large moving truck is painful. There is a very long corridor with two lifts and the building will not privatise them during move-in, meaning it takes an inordinately long time to move in with any furniture.
Manager's response5Thank you, Daniel! We’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying the space, amenities, and convenience of Vantage Point, as well as the views. Your feedback on move-ins and design details is really helpful, and we’ll keep working on ways to make the experience even smoother for our residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Next to the tube station; close proximity to a good selection of shops; Antisocial behaviours in the evening; lack communal activities
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
On maintenance issues, fairly professional On checking in as a new tenant, poorly coordinated and highly defensive behaviours
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Discussion about the procedures is not welcomed and sometimes met with aggression.
Manager's response3Thank you for sharing such honest feedback, Ryan. We’re pleased to hear you enjoy the design and location, but we’re sorry to learn of the frustrations you’ve experienced around communication and service. Your comments are really important to us, and we’ll take them on board to help improve the experience for all our residents. Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of nice food places, supermarkets, but living above the northern line is the best. Makes getting to most parts of London reasonable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes -they’re reponded very quickly and consistently thereafter
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s very much like a town centre - it’s very busy a lot of the time.
Manager's response5Thanks so much for your kind words, Sam! We’re really glad you’re enjoying the building, its amenities, and the support from our reception team. It’s wonderful to hear Vantage Point feels like home and that you’d happily recommend it to others.
