Limaria is a short 10 minute drive to the large market town of Albox, where all amenities can be found and 15 minutes drive to the town of Arboleas. The beaches of Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar can be reached in less than 45 minutes.
There is parking available very close to the house and a short paved pathway leads to the pretty, spacious terrace area to one side of the house. To one side of this terrace is a screened-in alfresco dining area with a door leading to the second terrace overlooking the garden and with views to the village and hills beyond.
The front door is accessed from the first terrace and opens directly into the cosy, comfortable lounge with a ceiling fan and an air-conditioning unit providing both hot and cold air. The second bedroom, a good-sized double, is accessed via a short hallway from the lounge, which also gives access to the second shower room.
Outside, the garden is set over several planted terraces levels to a large lower level, which is divided by planting. This area is large enough to install a pool if required or a full-size badminton court. There are several storage sheds and the garden is mature and planted with a wide selection of native and flowering plants, cacti and a couple of olive trees. The land is urban, allowing for additional building if required.
With a host of traditional features, but with all the benefits of a modern home, plus a secure garden, this would make a great holiday getaway or would be ideal for a couple or small family.
