Occupancy is via a straightforward Licence to Occupy with no admin charges, no personal guarantees, and a term to suit your needs from as short as 1 month. There's just £500 security deposit held during your occupancy, and the £1950 licence fee is payable on/by the 1st of each month. When you're ready to leave, unless you've already set the length of your stay in advance, give just 30 days' notice.
Signage spaces on the exterior of the building are available for your use - and we have a signwriter right next door.
