Kendrew House ANNEX is fully fitted with desks, chairs, lockers and even free tea and coffee. With rear access via Holly Street, there's even an area that can be used for storage or light workshop - commercial gas and a wide extraction hood and an existing hot food licence would allow use as a commercial kitchen if needed. The reception room is complete with sofas, and even fresh flowers. The electricity is on, the gas central heating is on and included in the single monthly fee.

If you need even more space, or perhaps separate space for your managers, we can find you extra offices in our adjacent 'Offices on Kendrew'.

Occupancy is via a straightforward Licence to Occupy with no admin charges, no personal guarantees, and a term to suit your needs from as short as 1 month. There's just £500 security deposit held during your occupancy, and the £1950 licence fee is payable on/by the 1st of each month. When you're ready to leave, unless you've already set the length of your stay in advance, give just 30 days' notice.

Signage spaces on the exterior of the building are available for your use - and we have a signwriter right next door.

Car parking is adjacent in the long stay carpark, or find free on street parking in the surrounding roads.
