The home

Several popular eateries are also close to the property, such as Sabo Brasileiro, Lona, as well as Per & Kor. Many families have been drawn to the area for its highly rated schools including Filton Avenue, Horfield and Ashley Down Road.

Buses run frequently along Gloucester Road to all major areas of Bristol, the City Centre, North Bristol, Cribbs Causeway and Bristol Parkway Station. Sports fans have a great selection of events nearby at the Gloucestershire County Cricket Ground which hosts county and international cricket, and the Memorial Stadium which is home to Bristol Rovers. Horfield Leisure Centre, Clifton Downs, and Blaise Castle Estate are regularly used by fitness enthusiasts and dog-walkers alike.
