“We bought this apartment because it just felt right – the location is amazing, and having Eton Gardens and the river right on our doorstep has been such a joy. Being able to walk into Windsor whenever we fancied it has been a real highlight too. For us, the short walk to the station has been a game changer, making commuting into London so quick and easy.

Inside, we’ve loved the sense of space. The open-plan living area is where we’ve spent most of our time – it’s bright, welcoming, and looks out onto the green, which makes it feel really calm and peaceful. The kitchen has been great for everyday life and entertaining, and there’s plenty of storage tucked away which makes a big difference.

It’s been a lovely home to come back to at the end of the day – quiet, comfortable bedrooms, modern bathroom, and lots of natural light throughout. The secure parking, friendly neighbours, and low running costs have all made life here even easier. It’s been a really happy place for us to live.”

This first floor apartment is really well presented and would suit a single, couple or family with young children. The apartment is super accessible with both an elevator and stairs. Despite only being built in 2017, the owners have made several upgrades to the decor which have enhanced things further. Located to the back of the building, away from the road, this home offers a balcony off from the lounge/kitchen diner, providing the perfect opportunity to relax in the fresh air without having to leave the comfort of your home. The bedrooms are a really great size and with a well appointed family bathroom with shower and bath tub and an ensuite, there is room for everyone. We particularly like the fact that there are large built in cupboards meaning that there is space for everything and nothing feels cluttered. We love the modern kitchen with its built in appliances and cool tones.
The location really does offer the best of both worlds with the ability to walk into leafy Windsor or access the M4, M25, M40 or train station in just a few minutes. Heathrow airport is an also easily accessible, so the apartment is perfect for commuters whether they are travelling overseas or into London. The apartments within this building are a myriad of different shapes, sizes and layouts and we feel that this one has it all.
