The main farmhouse has a total surface of 482 sqm and is arranged over two levels.

The vineyards are mainly planted with Sangiovese (around 3 hectares of Chianti Classico), along with a small percentage of native varieties such as Canaiolo, Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Ciliegiolo, and a small plot of Malvasia Bianca.
Current production is around 10,000–12,000 bottles, with existing potential to increase volume. The aging cellar is equipped with 5, 10 and 20 hectolitre wooden barrels, where the wines mature for periods ranging from 24 to 36 months. There is also an on-site tasting and sales area.
The remaining land, for a total of 22 hectares, is divided between chestnut woods, arable land, and an olive grove with about 500 trees.
Two outbuildings complete the property: one of 58 sqm currently used as a garage and storage area, the other of 67 sqm in need of renovation.
There is also the possibility to build a new underground cellar of approximately 150 sqm, adjacent to the one already existing in the main building.
State of repair
The cellar is in excellent condition, while the main residence was fully renovated in 2020 with an intervention that skillfully combines traditional features and contemporary design elements.
Utilities
The property is equipped with LPG heating and a fireplace. Water supply comes from both a natural spring and a private well. Internet connection is available.
