Just one day each week, ideal for those who need a day of peace and quiet and creativity - or to catch up on paperwork in a productive environment.

Choose the desk by the window, as shown, or choose some other desk on the Quiet Level. Or choose one of the desks in the large kitchen area where you're just arms length from the free tea and coffee. Or choose to work at the desk under the stairs. Work absolutely wherever you feel most comfortable.

If you need a place to make video calls, there are two small rooms with doors you can close for a quiet environment.

The Reception Room with comfortable sofas is there if you'll have any visitors, or choose to sit and work there. Kendrew House is a two-storey building with plenty of space, nooks and crannies for you to find that perfect spot.

You'll be designated a Suite # so you can make Kendrew House your business address, receive mail, and even set it as your registered office.

Enjoy unlimited fast fibre Internet via WiFi, and there's free WiFi for your visitors without the need for them to use a password.

Parking? There's the large long stay car park immediately adjcent to Kendrew House, or find free on-street parking in the surrounding roads.

When you choose your day, that's your day each week for that month. You'll receive that month's PIN code for the entrance doors, so come in as early as you like, stay as late as you like, and come and go as you please.

Occupancy is via a straightforward Licence to Occupy with no VAT, no admin fees, no extras, no personal guarantees and no credit checks. Our building insurance requires that we hold £100 security deposit during your stay. You don't need to give notice to vacate, just don't pay the next month's licence fee by the 2nd of that month and you won't receive the PIN code for that month - your security deposit will be paid back into your bank account, and your Licence to Occupy will end. It's that easy!

You're welcome to pick more than one day each week. Or consider full time usage at £249 per month - and enjoy your own large locker to save bringing your work in and out each time. Whatever you choose, the licence fee is payable on the 1st of each month for the number of days you'll use the facility in that month; for example, some months have 4 Mondays, some months have 5. I hope that makes sense?
