Double doors then take you through to the kitchen/ dining room located across the back of the house. This flow really is one of my favourite parts of the house, alongside the generous kitchen Island, ample cupboard spaces and French doors leading onto your south facing garden. You’ll notice the brand-new mosaic kitchen back splash, generous dining room table with bags of natural light. Now the garden, which is one of mine and the owners favourite things, it’s one of the biggest in the estate with plenty of lawn space for the kids with charming flower beds whilst remaining very private and relaxing. You’ll also spot access into the garage which has great scope to become a utility room, office or another reception room but currently makes space for loads of storage. Looking back at the house several neighbouring properties have extended the ground floor even further which is a great option and wouldn’t impact on our garden in the slightest.
Upstairs, you'll find a generous office, dressing room or fifth bedroom alongside three well-presented doubles with two generous bathrooms. All have gorgeous views either onto the garden or the street scene with space for the kids and families to grow over the years. Our owners created a lovely primary bedroom and an ensuite on the top floor with huge built in wardrobes whilst still having easy access to the eaves with a built in hatch giving lots of extra storage space.
