Description
Since buying the property in 2015 the current owner improved the property spectacularly in 2021. A side extension now provides a wonderful self contained annexe, ideal for an older child, or grandparent, or indeed as a full time rental investment or temporary AirBnB. Inside is presented in excellent condition and offers a modern kitchen with Neff appliances, lounge / bedroom area and stylish shower room with walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
The main dwelling is beautiful, presented immaculately throughout and offers space and plenty of natural daylight. The kitchen is modern with base and high level units, ample work surface and breakfast bar. A spacious lounge includes a feature wood burner fireplace, built in shelving and access via French doors to the rear garden. The principal bedroom benefits from built in wardrobes and coupled with two further spacious bedrooms that are all tastefully decorated.
Externally, the rear garden is private and mostly laid to patio, making maintenance easy and the perfect place to sit in morning sunshine. Of further note is a summerhouse with electrical power along with a storage shed. To the front of the property is off street parking for multiple vehicles.
For a family, couple or single person looking to live in a wonderful part of the country, with single level living and the incredible added benefit of an additional income potential, this property is a must see.
Emsworth is a town in the county of Hampshire, on the stunning south coast of England near the border with West Sussex. It lies at the north end of Chichester Harbour, a large and shallow inlet from the English Channel, and is equidistant between Portsmouth and Chichester. The town offers a delightful escape with independent shops, tea rooms, and pubs, along with a rich history evident in its architecture. There is always plenty to do in the area including beach days, coastal walks or sitting in one of the many pubs and restaurants around the harbour.
OUR VENDOR SAYS -
I bought the property originally as i wanted to settle by the coast and be close to great shopping, beach walks with the dogs and lovely restaurants and places like Prinstead Harbour closeby: whilst also having a home on a single level.
When I did the extension the flexibility to use it for AirBnB or a longer term rental has been fantastic and i just want someone to enjoy it here as much as I have.
The legal bit....... Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible with all descriptions, distances and floor plans, these are all approximate and purchasers must make a full inspection of the property / surrounding area and undertake as much due diligence as they require.
