The overall property and the surrounding areas are clean and tidy. The most loveable thing that is very near to the coffee shop (hardly 5 5-minute walk from our building)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't brought up any, but I'm hoping for a prompt answer in the future.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It was my fault. I looked at a ground-floor flat, but I ended up going with the seventh-floor flat. I assumed it was close to the lift, but it's actually quite a distance away.

Sarah and Mohammed are both excellent; lovely and attentive when we moved in and looked after our parcels and attended to any questions we had right away.

Gets a little warm in the bedroom at night even with window open.

Very close to town and easy access to the motorway network and only a walk to the train station for leeds, London or Manchester. Shops nearby and bars and restaurants.

The property manager at the Bolt Works is excellent, professional and attentive and very helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
WIFI issues due to Open Reach fault. This will cause short term inconvenience with working from home.

It’s right in the city centre, walking distance from all the shops. There are some roadworks that are loud at night. Being in the city there is a lot of antisocial behaviour, but the security is good.

She helped me find a new salon in town. Very friendly and approachable

It wasn’t explained the difference between the show flat and the flat I moved into. I wish it was explicit that I was booking something smaller without a bath.
