Very easy access to city centre and train station. Area is quite apart from the trains, however if the flat is not near the station it’s not too bad.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t really required to have anything sorted but when we have it’s been a pretty quick response.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Whish we had know which side the flat would be in our building as the trains became evidently louder from where the show flat was compared to our flat. But you get used to them after a while.

We love the location, with many shops and restaurants close by. Also very close to the train station which is highly convenient if you commute to London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven’t had any problems yet, but any questions have been answered swiftly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It is a bit inconvenient that you are not allowed to hang pictures or put up shelves yourself. Instead you need to book an appointment with the maintenance team.

Great area to live in, lots to do. Great bars and restaurants. Street is mainly quiet. Regular bin collection.

Nothing, good information when you move in. Staff give you a great tour around.

Quiet area despite being incredibly central within Lewisham, which is a huge plus. The locale in regards to tesco, the station, and the shopping centre all make a huge difference when looking at amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Some of them, yes. We are still waiting on some longer term issues — fixing the window for example. I would be unhappy if it got to winter and this wasn’t resolved since it will effect our insulation.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bale House seems to be the one to go for. Anchor residents seem to have it much harder with various levels of disruption. It’s by chance that we seemed to end up in the right building

One of the common rooms is paid. It would be nice if residents can use it for free since the rent is already on the higher side. Also to have a pet is extra £50 per month.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really quick and responsive, which is great. Really nice staffs
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They have multiple rooftops! And also you still need to professionally clean the flat after you move out if you have a pet (even with the £50 charge).
