Stables & Land

Each of the 3 stables has a light and rubber mats and there is also a tack room (could be a 4th stable) and feed store to the rear. A track from the stables leads up to the paddocks which have been divided with electric by the current owner into several smaller paddocks. There is a round pen (formerly with a surface, now grass) and, at the top of the paddocks, an 80x20 grass arena.
