Our opinion
Soleya is a high-quality apartment that makes the most of its position and outlook. The double aspect and 3 balconies flood the property with light, giving it a spacious feel with fantastic views. Its peaceful setting, combined with close proximity to the village centre and ski bus, makes it an excellent second home with a very strong rental history.

Location
Soleya is just to the east of Morzine in the Udrezants area, 700m from the town centre (under 15 minutes’ walk to the Tourist Office square). There is a ski bus stop (free) just a 3-minute walk away, giving fast and easy access to the Pleney, Super Morzine and Ardent ski lifts. The popular Asian fusion restaurant Hideout Hostel is 500 m away.
