We moved in back in 2019 and honestly, it’s been a dream. The road is super quiet, the neighbours are genuinely lovely, and there’s just a really nice vibe to the whole area. It’s one of those places where you’ll walk past someone and they’ll say “morning” with a smile — a rare find down south.

Beyond the house itself, the location has been fantastic — a lovely, welcoming area with excellent commuter links into London, making it both convenient and well-connected. One of the best parts? You can stroll to a bunch of great pubs in Shinfield (we’ve definitely done our share of “research”!). And if you’ve got a dog — or just love a good walk — Shinfield Meadows, Langley Mead, and the paths around Shinfield Studios are all right on your doorstep. It’s green, peaceful, and feels like a bit of countryside tucked into an amazing spot.

We’re genuinely sad to be selling this home, as it holds so many wonderful memories for us — a place filled with happiness, laughter, and countless special moments. But it’s time for someone else to enjoy it now, and we hope they’ll love it every bit as much as we have. Whoever moves in next won’t just be buying a house, but a home in a truly great setting

This is a lovely home tucked away in the corner of a quiet spot, with a nice outlook from the front. It’s got loads going for it; there’s a garage, plenty of driveway parking, and handy side access into the garden.Inside, the house is absolutely immaculate.
