Adjoining timber feed store to the side and an open-fronted pole barn 4.5m x 4.5m fodder store. To the side of the yard area is a turn out area/starvation paddock.

Above the yard is a static caravan (non-residential use) with plumbing for foul drainage.

With a sloping topography, levelling to the top of the grounds, the land has an easterly aspect and mainly bordered by Cornish hedge banks with mature trees providing shelter and shade. Along the eastern boundary of the land is a babbling brook, a tributary to the River Camel, providing a natural watercourse and ideal habitat for flora and fauna.
