Set on a hill, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful resort of Elounda, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Crete, this is a detached villa which enjoys wonderful panoramic views of the Elounda and Mirabello bays.

The fenced/gated property (4700m2 plot of land) is accessed by a private driveway.
There are several parking spaces at the top part of the property (30 meters from the house) as well as another few parking spaces next to the house and guest houses.

A solar panel provides free hot water for most part of the year (300+days of sunshine in Crete) this also has an emersion heating system for the few dull days.
Automatic watering system installed throughout the garden. There is also a remote controlled gate system and a CCTV camera at the gate.

Elounda was a small fishing town on the Mirabello Bay, on the island of Crete. Although fishing is still a large part of life in this very picturesque area, tourism has taken over as the main industry of Elounda. It is part of the municipality Agios Nikolaos. It is popular with European tourists and has many hotels including several 5*hotels. Elounda is also the closest major town to the former leper colony of Spinalonga.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete.
