A handsome bow window frames remarkable far-reaching views of the Old Town, down to the sea and over to the West Hill. The adjoining kitchen is fitted with bespoke cabinetry, handmade by a local joiner using oak and tulip wood. Open shelving and polished granite worktops are set against pine matchboard panelling, painted in Peale Green. A casement window sits above the sink, with further views over the roofscapes, gardens and hill beyond.

A generous double bedroom is set to the rear, with two sash windows looking over the harbour arm, coastline and East Hill funicular. Painted in faded terracotta, paired with wool carpets underfoot.
