Really satisfied with everything about the area and building. A newly developed area with really close transport links one of the the Piccadilly station. Lots of parking around the building and even in the building. Clean bin storage, really friendly staff willing to help anytime, central location but not noisy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really quick and was able to fix every issue that came up in the apartment

Didn’t know how good the community was here especially the stuff

Great amenities - big local supermarket 5 minute walk away, brewerys across the road, coffee shops dotted around, and a big open local canal lined with bars and cafes. Transport links are excellent with it being only a 10 minute walk into the city centre and 5 minutes away from the Bee Network metrolink stop, bus stops dotted around too. The street that the building on is surprisingly quiet and safe feeling with little traffic noise. The apartments themselves are great at blocking out outside noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They've been prompt and eager to help! And have given us lots of information prior to settling in to make sure we were comfortable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just to be prepared that it gets quite hot in summer (if we have any nice weather!) Something to be thankful for in winter for sure, but investing in a fan is a good move.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is extremely close to city centre and Manchester Northern Quarter where most stores are. However the area itself is quite quiet annd very safe and never noisy. I love the green space across the street as well as the canal for a chill pet walk. The Aldi is less than 5 minutes away so perfect for getting your groceries. Transport wise the Piccadilly train station is so close and also bus stop is right outside, however the walk to Piccadilly Gardens main transport hub is so enjoyable and short. Living here also offers discounts to several restaurants and shops around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Did not have any issues but always helpful and involved in the community life.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That a lot of parties and events are organised for residents. This is always lovely to socialise with the rest of the residents.

The apartment block has a great amount of restaurants and shops that can be easily accessible. This makes living here to quick and easy. My work is only a five minute walk and very close to Manchester Piccadilly station, which is very convenient for me as a to back and forth to London quite often.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building uses an app which is very accessible, which includes repairs, social events, communication amongst tenants and local news about the area.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I loved that fact even though I brought my old cutlery and plates, I loved the new apartment that I got new ones.

Transport links are excellent due to the building being located next to a tram stop. There are plenty of nice bars and shops also located near the building in a nice area of Manchester. Parking is available within the building with on street parking just outside.

For any questions we had moving in the, management responded quickly each time.

The postcode to use for parcels to being delivered is different depending on flat so knowing exactly which one to use would be helpful.
