Situation: Manor Road is a small lane off the High Street in Horam. There is no through traffic and being old railway cottages is very close to the Cuckoo Trail, very useful walking and cycling route to Eastbourne. Horam has many hidden amenities which include Lakeside, where there is a fishing lake, riding school and café. There is also a golf club, tennis and bowls club. There are local medical amenities and shops including a Co-op store, butchers, fish and chip shop, hairdressers etc. There is also a primary school at Maynards Green, just down the road, and a school bus to Heathfield Community College. Heathfield itself, is only a five minute drive and has a wider range of amenities, regular market days and three larger supermarkets. Buses run to Heathfield, Eastbourne and Uckfield and there are main line stations within a 15 minute drive at Buxted, Uckfield, Polegate and Crowborough (about 20 minutes).

Directions: From the Co-Op in Horam proceed down the hill and just before a little bridge, turn left into The Avenue and continue up the lane where the road bends to the left into Manor Road. Approximately halfway up there is a small private lane on the right-hand side. Take the turning and continue to the bottom, where the property is located on the right hand side.
