Much of our accommodation has been built by us in the last few years and have even been nominated for an award for one of our properties. We have a large number of traditional Victorian and Edwardian properties as well as many modern apartment buildings in the heart of Hyde Park, Headingley and Harrogate We usually have a good selection of places available throughout the year.

The vast majority of properties are owned and managed by ourselves meaning keys decisions can be made without delay ensuring a smooth and prompt delivery of maintenance and repairs.
