As mentioned previously, the rear terrace & pool area can be accessed via walkways from the front door & kitchen as well as from the master bedroom. This area has been completely terraced to create an amazing space for entertaining guests surrounding the 8 x 4m swimming pool.

Regarding furniture, the property can be sold as seen, minus personal items, subject to negotiation.

Antas is a charming & typically Spanish town, very pretty & friendly and offering many amenities, including good schools, shops, bars, restaurants, doctors and great access to the motorways, beaches and golf courses. The nearest beach is approximately 15-20 minutes´ drive away whilst Almeria airport can be reached within 45 minutes. The village is within easy walking distance of the property (approx. 20 minutes´ walk), and there is also a tapas bar in the hamlet of Aljariz.
