    The local area around Coppermaker Living is excellent. There’s a great range of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance, along with plenty of open spaces to relax in. Transport links are very convenient with easy access to Stratford Station, making it simple to get around London. The area feels safe and well looked after.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    It really gives peace of mind knowing that support is available whenever needed, and it makes living here feel stress-free.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing in particular I wish I had known before moving in — my experience so far has been very positive.

    There are plenty of restaurant nearby, you can easily go into Westfield by going downstairs, living here is pretty good so far.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Overall the experience is good, but with the leasing team there can sometimes be a wait of one to two weeks. On occasion, you may even need to follow up yourself or visit them in person before things move forward more quickly. In contrast, the concierge team are always prompt and polite in their responses, and they resolve matters very efficiently..

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Everything has been very good, to be honest. If I may offer a small suggestion, it would be that whenever the whole team is away on annual leave or attending an event (for example, the leasing team), it would be helpful to inform all clients who are currently in progress with you. Otherwise, it can feel a little frustrating when no one is available to answer questions or resolve issues.

    The apartment is literally on top of Westfield, aka one of the biggest malls in Europe. Stratford is also fantastically communicated, although there are quite some weird people around the station, but they apartment is in a very save area!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Manav, Sareena and Jose and they have all been extremely nice and helpful!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    We would have appreciate to know in advance that there was an storage space, as we got ours elsewhere because no one told us. You need to have plenty of time and patience for the rental checks. The events and building App are very nice surprises!

    The building management has always responded quickly, efficiently, and with great professionalism to any problems or issues I have raised, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how friendly and supportive the community is here. It’s more than just a place to live—it truly feels like a neighbourhood where people look out for one another, which makes the experience even better.
