Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This is a line which I can¿t remember writing before. Welcome to a house never offered for sale before and with only one owner who first took occupation fifty years ago! This property is probably the last one on the original development that has not been modified, which emphasizes what a unique buying opportunity this is.
As will be noted upon inspection, this is a house that has been much loved, and whilst compared to modern standards is now somewhat dated, also offers enormous and exciting scope to modernize and enhance. There is also, subject to planning, the potential to extend the house.

The core of the property as it stands is though very pleasing. Including the integral double garage there is 1593 square feet of space so a good footprint is immediately available. As the floor plan shows, there are four bedrooms and bathroom, a ground floor shower room, two flexible and well-proportioned reception rooms plus a breakfast kitchen.

Externally there is off road parking and wrap around gardens which give great options with regards to following sun around and utilizing the plot to suit individual purposes.

The house is offered with no chain and has been realistically assessed PRICED to reflect the need for future investment.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
