I hope you are well,
The team attended to day and removed the pre-payment meter,
When this was removed we found that the entire valve has failed.
The valve will need a complete replacement and we have to seek approval from the landlord as this issue falls within the landlords remit however due to the time the resident has been with out hot water the team have ordered the part that needs to be replaced and will be delivered asap,
If you can give e the go ahead for the re-charge I will have this installed on the day it arrives,
The full cost will be £256.03 and this will be re-charged to the landlord via service charge.
The parts have been ordered and we will need approval for the costs before we install it.

I hope you are well.
We spoke last week in relation to the above property that has no hot water.
As discussed, I have contacted the utility company who have confirmed there is no issue their end and the meter is topped up and they believe it will be an issue with the building management side.
You advised you would send a contractor out to the tenant to assess this. The tenant has called and made a complaint today to advise that they still have no hot water.
Please can you update me with a report from the engineers visit that attended last week please I believe it was an engineer called William who attended.
Please do treat this as urgent due to the complaint.
