This house has been such a wonderful place to live. We were first drawn to the home by the qualify of the fittings and decoration and the flexibility of the outside space. It has been a beautiful place to have family and friends to visit with ample parking outside. It has grown with us as a family, with South hill park and Swinley Forest both only a a 10 minute walk away. The space inside is versatile whilst having an excellent flow. We can honestly say we make the most of every room, whether it be a music room, kids playroom, gym, utility room, pet room or a man cave! We will be very sad to leave this wonderful home as we seek a more rural life in the countryside.

The location here is ideal for anyone needing easy access to M3 & M4 motorways as well as being close to Crowthorne & Sandhurst. The Lexicon Shopping Centre is two miles away by car and you've got so much green space on the doorstep to enjoy from South Hill Park to Swinley Forest and plenty of little parks and playgrounds in between.

As soon as you walk through the door, you can really tell this has been a much loved family home. The house is in great condition throughout and has a number of great features. We really love the open plan feel downstairs and plenty of light filtering through the huge windows. You definately do not feel like you are lacking space. Credit it to the current owners, the bigh change they have made is creating a really useful utility / WC downstairs, which is has also doubles up as the study! Private garden backing on to trees and with a garage and parking as well, what’s not to like!
