The bathroom is extremely spacious with a double shower, bath and room for additional furniture. The top floor has two double bedrooms with original fireplaces. On the lower ground floor you’ll find the kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen opens directly onto the rear garden which wraps around the property. The rooms throughout are bright and airy.

The garden includes a concrete patio, a shed and an outside toilet currently used as storage. There is potential to expand or extend as neighbouring homes have done, increasing from three bedrooms to five. In the past we grew vegetables in raised beds and as our family grew the space has been used as a football area. The unique layout of the house means the garden is larger than average for the area and offers enormous potential just waiting to be realised."
