Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, one with built in storage. Two are located at the front of the house and two at the back. There is a family bathroom with a bath, separate large shower unit , hand wash basin, W.C. and heated towel rail.
Outside this house has a driveway to the front and a neat lawned garden with featured shrubs and small trees. There is access around both sides of the property. At the rear there is a terraced rockery garden with various attractive planting and a patio seating area with a greenhouse.
At the side of the house there is the former garage which has been converted into a workshop/ man cave by th ecurrent owners but could be returned to its former use if required.
This house is well priced for this popular area and is well presented with manageable gardens and in this desirable location we really recommend a viewing to appreciate what is on offer.
