Excellent and very responsive staff. Best you will ever find. Secondly, Accessibility to shops and transport links another great addition and thirdly the music downstairs always bangs, and finally the scent downstairs smells like home (although seems to be off lately )
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, have a lots of examples, just one, we had a little problem with our kitchen cooker and during the repair process, we were offered another apartment with a functional cooker . Told you, Eda is great
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I knew about it Eda sooner. The residents are very friendly as well so are the little dogs

Co-op in the building, which is so handy, Sainsbury's around the corner and Tesco, McDonald's, and Starbucks all within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Easily resolved and constantly updated throughout.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really. Was advised of everything while we moved in.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great area with easy access to trams to get straight to the centre of Manchester. Co-op literally on your door step and a view of media city for bars and restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Had an issue with the locks on the doors which were fixed within minutes, they checked all other doors just in case but it was only the one. Had an issue with water due to a storm hitting, was kept well updated without and the building really banded together to help one another as a community. Never had a community like it in any other block.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Viewings were very honest and open about facilities and availability really appreciated it.

i enjoy the location as only a 5 min walk to media city tram stop over road is very convenient co-op next door is very handy and only a ten min tram ride to city center
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
toilet issue and was quickly fixed power surge caused internet downtime - dan fixed quickly and efficiently

researched building before moved in and was pleased with what i seen everything upon arrived matched up with research

so far I haven't had any bad aspects of living in the local area, I like how close everything is from shops to bars to open space

The building management team has helped me with several things such as setting up my utility accounts up.

I wish I realised how friendly everyone is around the place, really welcoming atmosphere
