Located in the village of Sobreiras Altas in Melides, an area surrounded by beautiful cork oak trees, this villa was carefully restored in 2020, maintaining its original architecture, with the charm and authenticity of a “Monte Alentejano.” It has a plot of 474.50 m² and a construction area of 117.90 m².

The living room, with its original “Alentejana” fireplace, leads to a fully equipped open kitchen with large windows overlooking the garden.

There is a flat-roofed annex, which can be climbed by a ladder and from which, at night, you can see the wonderful star-studded sky. The nearest beach is a 12-minute drive away. The magnificent coastline of Comporta is 56 km long. Within the village, there is a good typical restaurant called Taberna das Sobreiras Altas. The villages of Melides and Carvalhal are a 15-minute drive away.
