    It is really pleasant to live here. Communication is really good from here. Rent is quite higher other than this nothing to complain.

    Nothing to complaint about the landlord. They are really nice.

    The local area has lots of amenities- Aldi, a very good local doctors and there are lots of local events in the near area for young children (hetton carnival).

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We’ve had no issues with management issues to date

    The inaccuracy of gas reading, it’s taking a lot of time to get accurate readings on the meters so worrying about over paying

    It’s a calm area,good for families, young couples and even elderly. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and everybody is friendly around. Good access to some shops and bus stations.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been really quick every time we had an issue.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish that the neighbours would close the garden doors properly. I wish that the kids toys wouldn’t be left around the communal areas. I wish there was a bigger green area to walk around.

    The good think is, my living location is really close to the city center. Even if you don't own a car, you can just wait for buses along the main road with a bit walking from my home. Unfortunately, the bad thing is, when a football match happens, we have to be very careful and cautious about the road closure arrangement, although I am a big fan of Leeds Union!!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Well, although I like the neighbors and the management company, PlaceFirst, as their staff members are mostly nice and polite. However, if it comes to the efficiency on solving any of our urgent issues, I sincerely suggest there are still rooms for their improvement. For example, more responsive and supportive? We desperately need that.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would suggest the size of the toilet can be reduced by 1/3 while the size of the sleeping room can be increased by 1/3.

    It's an excellent area and the building is brand new. Overall it's been a very good experience so far.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    There's been communication about issues, I believe they're been resolved as soon as possible.

    I don't believe there's anything to be said about that. If anything, all the information given was very useful and thorough.
